Programs
We have several programs for a variety of purposes, ranging from basic martial arts, to self defense, to esteem and life skills building and more. Over the years, the ATA has come to realize that there are many reasons for studying Songahm Taekwondo, and we have worked hard to develop programs that will help realize these goals rather than forcing our students into one, linear area of study and practice. Songahm Taekwondo itself is always evolving, and as such we will always develop new programs and update our existing programs to ensure our students have as much access to the different aspects of Songahm Taekwondo as possible.

Tiny Tigers
In addition to our internationally recognized KARATE for KIDS program, we offer the Taekwondo for TINY TIGERS program. The Tiny Tiger program was developed specifically for preschool age children ages 3 through 6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. All classes are taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods available for this age group. This program works in conjunction with the Karate for Kids program, thereby emphasizing the same important monthly themes and value system.

Leadership & Instructor
The program has two levels of participation, leadership and instructor training. We realize that not everyone can make the commitment to becoming an instructor but everyone can benefit from leadership training. Whichever you choose, you will be taking a giant step to becoming your best.
Leadership
Build leadership skills that are applicable to all areas of life; at home, school, work, martial arts school, and everywhere. Leaders are developed through a comprehensive leadership curriculum, advanced martial arts training, and personal development.
Instructor
Leaders may apply to participate in the Instructor Training Course. If accepted, trainees will train toward becoming an ATA Instructor. In-House training will provide trainees with all the necessary courses and preparation to become a Certified ATA Instructor.
Responsibilites
Always keep your word. Only commit to things you can accomplish. Do your personal best and take pride in everything you do. Stay loyal to your country, family, school, friends, and the ATA. If you can't say something positive about someone then don't say anything. Try to see the best in everyone and every situation. As a leader, everyone is learning by watching what you do. The problem is that people generally will do 100% of what you do wrong and only 20% of what you do right. The spotlight is on you so set the example you want followed.
Master Club
A Master Club patch is worn on the left sleeve of the student's uniform and is a constant reminder of his/her goal--2nd degree BLACK BELT and Beyond! As another reminder we hang each Master Club member's actual black belt on the wall.
